Excellent personal help over the phone
Excellent personal help over the phone, very good quality hardware. The online installation instructions could use a little improvement, for example providing more dimensions (top of wheel to top of door, etc.).

It took three times to ship the correct parts. I had to go to the FedEx store twice to return the incorrect parts. No parts were deburred on the corners making them all, and I mean all corners were razor sharp. I was very careful but still cut myself during installation. Looks good at the end. I'll give you a 2.5 star rating only.
