BackflipReviews of backflip.com

Backflip is amazing! I saw an ad for it on IG and decided to give it a try. The sign-up process was simple, they sent texts and emails letting me know when they were on their way. The pick up driver took pics and took my stuff. I immediately received an email confirming they picked my things up with pictures of my stuff. Within 24 hours I had an offer. It was all very simple. The only thing I would change is how you get paid. I don't want to link a bank account to my profile and don't always want Amazon gift cards. I know it's old school, but having a check sent by mail would be nice.

First of all let me say how excited I was to find out I can get rid of unused stuff and get paid for it. The process was quick and easy. Within 24 hrs I received the offer options for my items and was paid the next business day. My daughter had clothes building up in her closet for months.

The courier was able to take most things and gave a good price.

Excellent overall experience! Backflip made it super easy to sell all sorts of items - clothing, shoes, kitchen wares, etc. Lots of options for payment without ever having to leave the house!

Backflip made selling items a breeze. Setting up the pickup window was easy and seamless. Allowing plenty of timeslots and days of the week for any person's schedule. They provided a simple to read list of items that they accepted, as well as answered any questions about items not listed. There was constant communication and up to date info on when to expect the driver to arrive, what to do when they arrive, and the pick up process was simple. Hand off the items, verify items with a photo, and heard back with my offer within a timely frame. Even when it was delayed they communicated that the offer will be ready by the end of the day. I would definitely use Backflip in the future for any kind of items I would like to get rid of. A very nice surprise to find while scrolling through Instagram.

I have a wonderful experience with backflip and Absolutely i recommend it to my family and friends because its safe and trustworthy. Thank you

After spending hours cleaning out my apartment, the last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to sell or donate everything. This is where Backflip came in and took away that final stress for me! They were communicative about their arrival, thoughtful and all around nice when they got to my front door (even when I had a tons of stuff!). I will use Backflip over and over!

My first experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy from signing up, arranging a pickup to getting paid. I was also surprised by the generous offer I received for my things. Both the chat and live customer service was super helpful. I will use this service again to clear out the treasure I no longer need.
