BellyhatReviews of bellyhat.com

Paid for a hat, at hat price, got a party hat from a novelty store. Quality very poor, fabric felt card and hat looks nothing like the picture. Made worse by packaging, which was to the same standard as the hat. Will give it to the kids as this is the quality, it's a toy hat.

Bellyhat _ very bad customer service had two hats come one looks like it wasn't finished the brim all chewed up not finished on the edge. I emailed the company and was to told that they would only credit me $10.00 to my account i paid $39.95 plus shipping and that's all they want to refund, and no offer to replace the damaged hat. I emailed again and was told its cost to much to send back and that's all they can do. Don't buy from them they are a rip off, also waited 2 months to get these shitty items.

Hats arrived in the mail today inside a plastic bag not a box with support walls to protect items from getting damaged pictures attached hats have been crushed which is very unacceptable and I am asking for a full refund also no sizes lable inside but these hats is not the size I ask for took almost 30 days to arrive also unacceptable quality of your shipping department packing with a little air bag inside one of the hats did nothing from it being crushed from the top. tracking number and department means nothing email several times to get the same answers it has shipped no arrival dated attached had no idea package shipped from China but company has a American flag.whole star on review is to much wish I could do no star

Big time scam. They say they are manufactured in California. But the one I ordered shipped from Italy. Tracked it for a couple weeks. It's been in New Jersey for 10 days now. Still hasn't arrived and no emails. Very disappointed 😞 Please don't waste your time or money.

Should have bought a stetson but ordered one I liked...mistake.......crummy china junk and they never mention that anywhere.....be ware

Poor quality made in China 💩🤮. Shipped like t-shirts in a bag. Better quaility off of a WalMart shelf!! One hundred per cent scammers. Beware!

For me this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered some hats in January 2025 as of March 2025 still have not received them. I have been emailing customer support back and forth for the last month with no resolution just the same ol excuse things happen we are working on it. I told them I didn’t even want the hats no more just wanted a refund never received a response in regards to that. I am in the process now of filing a claim with small claims court just to get this resolved. I am a patient person but it should not take over a month to get an order you placed and also paid for and if that’s the case when a customer would like a refund it should not be this difficult to get their money back or at least address the issue, not ignore the customer. The bottom line is if there was a way to give the company a negative star or no stars I would do it twice. Bellyhat please give my merchandise I paid for or a total refund of my money, this has been going on since January 21, 2025 and it is now March 2, 2025.

Very disappointed in the quality in the shipping materials. It was shipped in a bag, bent, warped, and un wearable. What’s it made of? Cardboard? Belly hat should not be in business. There are total scam.
