It’s been over a month and my order has not arrived. I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer service and all I get is an email directing me to their FAQ’s. There’s no one on the other end to address the issue. The tracking number they provided is not updating and it’s not FedEx, UPS, or DHL so I can’t even attempt to track the package directly with the courier service. Ives asked via email for the name of the courier and again, all I get is a link to the useless FAQs. As for the quality of the product itself, we shall see about it if the product arrives.

Ordered a fedora from this company and they shipped in a bag (not a box) and it was completely destroyed and unwearable by the time it got to me. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund but was told, since they sent the right item I wasn’t eligible for a refund even though it’s trash now. I’d ship it back as a return for a refund but I’m sure they’d just say it was destroyed on the way back to them and still won’t give me my money back. They have a lot of nice looking hats, but if you want one you can actually wear I’d look somewhere else

I bought a hat form this company and when the hat arrived it was totally flattened and the stitching was third rate. Horrendous.
