Wow... wasted money, it doesn't worth the hat. Low quality, regrettable.

I waited for over a month almost 6 weeks to get the hats delivered,then they were delivered in a little plastic bag crushed up and bent up. Very disappointed in the quality of the hats, they don't fit as advertised ,they fit very small.

A mi me estafaron, compré un sombrero con ellos, después de un mes y medio de espera llegó, al revisarlo verifiqué que no tiene nada que ver con lo que ofrecen, son sombreros de papel y de origen chino, tome todas las medidas de mi cabeza para pedirlo y me lo mandaron más pequeño, luego intenté comunicarme por los correos de contacto u nunca recibí ninguna respuesta, PARA MÍ ES UNA ESTAFA

So this company doesn’t sale the hats that they show you online. The hat came a month and half late and also was in a bag with a balloon in the middle 😂 took me out. I almost died laughing because I couldn’t believe what my eyes was seeing. Asked them for a refund and they offered me $5 then said the most they could do was $8. I paid $79.20 and now I’m asking for a return label so I can just send the hat back and they won’t send me one… Please don’t waste your time with these ppl they are not right

I wish I had read these reviews before I made my order. Ordered a hat 11/19/2025 and paid an additional $19.99 for expedited shipping . Well I've missed wearing this hat at 2 Xmas parties. It's 12/22/25 no hat. Well never again.

I received my hat here are the main issues. 1. crushed in delivery 2.poor craftsman ship 3. not wool ,looks and feels like some type of synthetic , not from 100% merino wool as your website states. 4. LASTLY AND WORSE YET IT IS TOO SMALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I measured my head pure your instructions and it does not fit. these hats are made in china SAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY
