Ordered a hat as a Christmas present. Still have not received it and tracking hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Tried to email the company and they keep telling me they can't find the order-even when I sent them a copy of the order confirmation. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Stay away!!!

The hat took moths to get here and wasn't in a box. The hat was smash all to hell the quality suck they sould be out business.

Ordered the Raiders Hat and it came in a plastic envelope crushed beyond repair. Even if it had not been crush it would have been a disappointment due to flimsy felt it was made from.

All “companies” that sell anything like this - at seemingly reasonable prices, high quality and unique products, via Instagram ads - are complete scams. I bought hats from a different company, but the exact same business model, and got the exact same results as the customers below. -I received only one of my 2 purchases within 2 months (it all ships from China), the second didn’t arrive for almost 4. -Both arrived beyond repair in bags, and were poorly sized and made from sub/standard material. -The pictures and description on the site were completely inaccurate. -Returns were initially promised, but when I inquired about getting a refund (via email; there was no returns tab on the site) I was replied to with more false promises and empty apologies in broken English. They told me that I’d have to pay shipping on the return, which would be more than the price of the items themselves. The eventually stopped responding to my emails. If you want a hat, shop online at a brand name you recognize (with guaranteed no-hassle returns), or go to a store and interact with a human. These companies are pure scams.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Two hats finally arrived after 2 months in plastic bag packaging. They were the wrong size and crushed beyond repair. Offered me $5 refund. Absolute charlatans, disgraceful.

Having been in extensive email correspondence, this company has refused to give me a full refund on the return of the goods and offered me first $2 and then $4 dollar compensation. They're an utter joke. Disgraceful customer service.

Total rip-off. Hat was not what I ordered and it took over 60 days to arrive. It was crushed and did not come in a box as promised. Stay away from this site.
