This app might just be the thing

As someone who struggles getting sucked into socials throughout the day and feeling drained after this has helped a million times over!! Thank you. Worth the subscription.

Really helped me curb my social media habit! I get to still enjoy social media but I am at least mindful of time passing and accountable to myself about how much time I am actually spending scrolling. Have just paid for the annual subscription, to my own surprise

The app is interesting. I hope the price is more affordable

I’m still on the free trial, but the gamification and blocking of apps during focused parts of my day make it much easier to set my phone aside and do the things that matter most.

I have only been using this app for 3 days so far and it has already helped me to stay off my phone so much more than i thought, the way it is layed out and the little cp points you get and climb ranks is exactly what my brain loves 😂❤️❤️
