This app works! If you want to change your phone behavior this is a real tool. It requires you to actually think before engaging in a habitual scroll session.

BePresent has been life changing! Who knew I could clean my house, do laundry and make dinner all in the same day 🤪 Thank you for helping me to be present for what really matters!

It’s great, already noticing myself not wanting to mindlessly scroll.

It really does help me cut down on screen time. I’m just the first three days I’ve noticed a huge difference in my ability to put my phone down and my awareness of the screen time I’m getting.

I like the continuous reminder. Almost like nagging, but playful. Makes me really put my phone down until I had to write this review. Thank you
