Great highly responsive customer support

Had a very complicated business trip and the timing of coordinating multiple tests was a bit of a nightmare. I had amazing help from a chap called Dan in the customer service team. He helped organise, checked tests had been received and was extremely helpful in general. Fantastic customer support.

I would recommend this company any time. I judge their customer service and overall support to be excellent. Result turn around times are well within their advertised timeframes.

Bought the wrong covid test by accident (for international travel rather than common travel area journey) and was put right by Isaac on the phone, who was super helpful. He took me through each step and checked he'd done everything correctly before signing off on the changes, and was lovely to talk to. Thank you!
