I'm giving 5 stars for customer service and that little roulette thing that got me 20% off . I still haven't received um my tea but I can't wait to get it. I like where you can sort of create your own tea so that's fun. But yeah customer service and umm Jannah answered all my questions via email and I had lots of questions and she didn't seem to get annoyed at all so there you go!
