At first I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. However I easily was able to contact Blinkee and they recommended a substitute item and sent it out immediately. Very responsive

Les and Matt were so great to work with.
Les and Matt were great to work with. Some items came later than when I needed them, so that is why the 4. But all the qualities of the items were excellent.

Overall I love ordering from blinkees
Overall I love ordering from blinkees! I’m a repeat customer. Only issue is items being listed online as in stock but really it is out of stock. One last comment is depending on the shipment, the cowboy hat may or may not have a string.
