This is definitely the most amateurish, rude and inefficient company I have dealt with. I would love to rate the product but I received neither the product, £72 worth of product, or an apology for it's non arrival. I first ordered on the 4th May and have DHL tracking to prove it arrived in Uk. After that nothing and desultory help from Blissy. After further contact from me, allegedly a second package was sent at the beginning of June. I've heard nothing!!! After the stipulated delivery time of 15-20 working days have elapsed, I am writing my trustpilot review to prevent others going through a similar stress. I have all of the few emails relating to my attempted purchase and will be passing them on to barclaycard to pursue on my behalf. Blissy were made aware of my plans 4 wks ago and have not responded. If I could rank with no stars I would. Absolutely abysmal example of customer service and no matter how good the product I feel there are other suppliers who are pleasanter, and cheaper to deal with.

Absolute joke of a company, I originally purchased one satin pillowcase, after confirming the one I got to the confirmation page where they asked me 4 times if I’d like to add more pillowcases for a deducted amount I clicked no each time and then next minute I’m being charged for 4 cases for a total of $256. I’ve emailed them multiple times and never heard back so now I’m disputing it with my back hoping for a refund. Pretty sure all there reviews are BS. Scammy company

Just received my sleep mask. Took a fair old while to arrive (as delivery was from America to UK). Having said that, Came packaged nicely, Material feels really nice. Looking forward to sleeping tonight lol.

I was in the market for a nice and comfy silk sleep mask. Seeing as this was my first silk sleep mask I explored different options online. The choice came down to Blissy or Slip and I decided to go for Blissy as they were on sale at the time. The company did not disappoint and I am in live with my sleep mask. So much so that I got myself an extra which my sister fell in love with so I gave it to her as a gift. I am also planning on trying out their silk scrunchies. They are more expensive here than from some other companies but I have several reward points that I can use up. Oh and did I mention that they have a reward program! I've noticed some bad reviews on here claiming that it's hard to place an order and that customer service didn't cancel an order as requested. To that I say, placing orders is really very simple. I had no issue in this regard and I'm not sure what they are talking about. You just add the things you want to cart and checkout as normal. Just verify that it is what you want and in the right quantity before making the final payment. It's not rocket science people! As for the cancelation, it's not always possible to cancel an order as it may be too far in the shipment process. Finally, in regard to standard sizes, always check the specific dimensions of a product before making a purchase. If you can't find it, then contact the company for more details before making the purchase. Don't rely on the "standard" label especially if you live outside the US. It's not the company's fault you didn't check the specific dimensions, it's yours! Lastly, I had no issues with shipping. The company shipped out my products within 3 business days and they arrived in about a week.

My wife just wanted two pillow cases. The online ordering was so complicated that she ended up ordering a lot more than two. Blissy didn't catch the mistake, so they ended up shipping us $525 worth of merchandise. We called - customer service told us to ship it back. And, the rep warned us that if we canceled via the bank that Blissy would stop helping us cancel the order. Rep wasn't rude, just a little snippy. I told her that she should show her boss the bad reviews (here and elsewhere) so he/she will see the need for better training.

My experience with Blissy I ordered a pillow cover and with in minutes decided that maybe I didn’t really want it so I called customer service and explained that ordered prematurely and would like to cancel the order. The customer service representative said no problem they would cancel the order and I should see a reverse charge on my credit card. I waited a few days and nothing was reversed yet , two days later I get an email notification from Blissy telling that my package has a tracking number and they will send me another notice when it’s shipped. So it appears that when I called to cancel the order the service representative told me she would cancel it but instead let the order go through anyways… pretty sad they have to stoop so low to sell their pillows cases… I am one very unhappy person and this company shouldn’t be in business with dirty tactics like that, basically stealing peoples money

BEWARE : I experienced execrable customer service . Total disappointment . Plus BEWARE buyers in U.K. : ‘ standard size ‘ is an American standard and 10 cms SHORTER than a U.K. standard . I got bitten by this and Blissy charmlessly refused to acknowledge that reference to ‘ standard ‘ for U.K. buyers could be misleading and refund postage for return of an item which cannot be used on U.K. standard pillow . No reaching out to customer in understanding or acknowledgement of this issue .

Ordered 2 gifts and Didn't receive either order. We ordered 2 gifts a month apart and all Blissy did was take our money and didn't send either gift. When you call they don't answer or return messages. Nice ads but nothing to show for money spent $79.95 in April and $79.95 in May. ZIPPO in RETURN.
