This company is horrible to deal with and the product feels the same as any other “silk” pillowcase. They are expensive , they do not help with returns. I tell everyone not to buy from this company . They will not return anything that is opened. How can you decide before you try it . Just horrible experience

Nice product, wouldn't say it made me feel less tired as per its claims! The zip fell off just after one year. I have been carefully hand washing it each week and line drying. I feel like it should have lasted longer than this for the price its not good quality. I have since purchased bamboo silk pillowcases that are amazing to sleep on and much better for the environment too. I only just learnt that silk worms are killed during the manufacturing process of silk.

I ordered exactly a month ago and still have not received the product. Tracking # shows it never left the original facility in California and has some kind of “exception” — Customer service is not replying to my emails. I commented on one of their Instagram posts, and they said to send them a DM. I’m still waiting for a reply to the DM and they deleted my comment from the post. I genuinely started to believe they were a scam, I waited 2 weeks with no reply from customer service. I started to find several other posts and reviews about the poor quality of their products and the terrible customer experience like mine, that others had encountered. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and made a public social media post about how I was being ignored, I don’t know which of these actions finally caught their attention enough to care but I was contacted the next day with a status update and the option to reship or receive a refund. If the 5-star reviews aren’t paid or doctored, then they just have a seemingly great product (that I never had the chance to evaluate myself) with very poor business ethics and terrible customer service based on my experience.

I bought a king sized pillowcase a while ago and recently, a sleep mask and a face mask. I like the face mask—ear loops are adjustable, feels smooth on my face, good coverage, looks pretty. The pillowcase is alright; maybe I just sleeping like on 25 momme silk pillowcases but while this pillowcase feels soft, it feels like it sticks to my face and doesn’t do much for temp control (I sleep hot). The sleep mask is the worst. The mask feels soft, the padding is thick enough and does block out light; however, the band is too short and not adjustable so completely un-usable. When I put it on the way I bought it, the mask is literally pushing against my eyeballs and can’t keep it on without giving me a headache and double vision. I didn’t bother with a return; I just cut the band and sewed an extra 1 1/2” elastic (probably could have added 2”) and pulled and sewed the silk to cover the extra elastic (so def enough silk but not enough elastic). Looks a little ghetto but at least I can sleep with it now.

One wash and the pillow case is essentially useless and uncomfortable. Overpriced and low quality.

I went to order 1 pillowcase from them and backed out of their payment BUT I did enter my card. I didn't confirm and sent them a cancel my order just in case. I received a message that said "we're so excited". Then I received 4 king-size pillowcases to the tune of $217.88. I got a refund but not the shipping cost. They are a scam for sure. I filed a complaint with the BBB. That's the only way you'll get things settled. Never again with this internet crap. L'ange is another one to stay away from.

Purchased king blissy pillowcase for 89dollars ,yea not to smart but was taken by 60 day return policy. Fully expecting a full return only to find out that if you dare use it, you will not get a full refund. Called customer service to get some answers. They need to look up that word in dictionary!! Anyway,the pillow is ok but the price sucks as I can buy Amazon ,same pillow 30.99 dollars with free returns and credit for full amount!! This company will never be an Amazon as they don’t have a clue about customer service!! You are never to lose to be stupid!!

Blissy in my opinion is a scam; if nothing else they are the worst company that I've ever purchased from. And I believe this review just like my emails and phone calls will go unanswered. The website charged me way more than it claimed it would, but that's on me for not noticing it was about $40 more. The pillowcases (I ordered two of them) is not special and did not do as claimed on their website- I'd been better off buying a pillowcase from Goodwill. I wanted to return them, but Blissy hasn't returned either of my emails from May 6th or my phone messages May 14th and May 17th. No, I've called other times but they never answered the phone and I didn't leave a message on the other call attempts. My next step is to complain to any site that their ad appears on and the BBB. Notice, their website won't allow a person to enter a review on their site, but there's lots of reviews. I think they write them, not customers
