Ordered a black silk mask to help combat my maskne. I got the mask in the mail. It's super soft and comes with a metal nosepiece that's helpful so you always know which way to put it on. The mask itself is thin and feels so cheaply made. The inner lining goes inside your mouth when you breathe and makes it harder to breathe. No matter how I wear the mask my glasses and sunglasses fog up. The ear straps are uncomfortable, too. I would absolutely not recommend this product to anyone who is serious about wearing a mask!

Great quality pillow case, i dont think peaople take care of them correctly, have now hand washed them and air dried them and it still looks like new, will definetly buy more in the future, and they would make a great gift.

I ordered 4 Blissy pillowcases and always washed them the correct way then drip-dried. Not once did I ever put them in the dryer. I took very good care of them! The zipper broke off one of them leaving it useless. For the amount of money each pillowcase cost, I expected better quality so contacted customer service and was told that since it's over 60 days and I hadn't purchased their Lifetime Protection Plan (which I was totally unaware of) they could do nothing to help me! Customer Service is awful!!!! Since when do you have to purchase insurance on a pillowcase????? DO NOT BUY from this company!! They obviously don't care about their consumers or have pride in the product they sell. Very disappointing.

I ordered 1 pillowcase received 4 and was charged for 4. I can't get ahold of customer service. The return policy is awful, if I send them back I have to pay for their mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh and by the way the quality is very poor.

My experience with Bliss has been wonderful! Their product is TOP-NOTCH! Don't be fooled by these negative reviews about customer service. Not True! I bought 5 pillowcases before Christmas 2019. I kept 2 for myself and gave 3 as gifts to my daughters. I wash one of mine every week and and replace it with the other when I change my sheets. They are holding up beautifully! Soft, yet high quality. This Christmas, I gave 2 more to my granddaughters and bought a sleep mask for myself. The packaging is beautiful and looks very classy! Love! Love! Don't hesitate to buy real BLISSY products!

I have ordered a pillow case as a birthday gift for my mom but they failed to put correct address twice (after they confirmed my address again). It was ordered right before New Year’s day, and now it’s mid February. The email responder was very quick to answer, yet failed. I tracked the package and once it was delivered to wrong address which I phoned the local post 4,5 times and I had to go to that address and check. Next, I traveled far to the post office to get it before it is sent back to the sender as they said the addressee was not confirmed, but I was late, gone through all of it for nothing twice. So I am done. I am seriously disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Awful customer service, product good but so are other Uk products of the same quality . Buy from the uk then you will know it will arrive in a reasonable time scale and not 3 months and many emails. Complaints procedure non existent stick to Uk delivery and not USA as consumer rights protected
