Good product; terrible customer service. After receiving and using two pillowcases from them, my girlfriend and I were impressed and thereby lulled into ordering more product. Immediately after placing the new order, we noticed an error in the shipping address. After reaching out to cancel the order and to subsequently apply an active promo code, we quickly got a response from customer service informing us that they could change the address instead. This never happened. After reaching out again and inquiring as to the status of the address change and/or the promo code, customer service disappeared from the face of the earth. The next day, after calling and leaving messages twice, we received an notification that the order had shipped, without the requested changes (address and/or promo). We immediately e-mailed again to receive a fast and curt response saying that since the order had shipped, no changes could be done. If we had known this would be the case we would have preferred cancelling the order and re-ordering as originally requested. Or, for any future customers, to refrain from ordering anything in the first place.

TERRIBLE. For the first time ever in my life I broke out in a rash all over my cheeks and upper shoulders from a product. When I emailed the company and very politely asked for a return they denied my request. I explained over and over that it caused a rash and I could not use it they didn’t care. They wouldn’t take it back bc it was used. HOW WOULD I KNOW I DIDNT LIKE IT UNLESS I USED IT?!? It wasn’t that I didn’t “like” it, it caused a bad rash. Do not waste your money.

I bought 1 Pillow case and three Scrunchies for my hair and I was so in shock at how well my hair looks and stays as I have it done once a week and it looks as good at the end of the week as it does when I have it washed and styled, the perk is I have no more hair breakage, God Bless Blissy.

Very very bad not receive the parcell and the costumer service not really helpful no answer for several days and when answer not really listen to what I have to say is 2 month that I place my order and still waiting after several contact I receive an email telling that I get refound when the parcell is back from Ireland bad bad bad.

Hello people. I have not bought this product yet. I have tried to find opinions about it, but instead of opinions about the product I have found only complaining about the customer service during the christmas and pandemic time. It is obvious for every wise person that this time is very difficult for everyone... So stop complaining about delivery and please write something about the product. Is it really good or not? Thank you.

Absolutely a fraudulent company. They will not return phone calls or emails. I returned their product unopened and they kept my money. Do not buy from this "company".

I bought a Blissy last November and absolutely loved it. I ended up buying Blissy cases for both my parents and brother and sister for Christmas. Now three weeks later the only gift given that has dominated conversation and clearly won me the best gift award (not a real thing, just an expression) was the Blissy. Everyone loves them and has since all have ordered more so they could have more than one. How often does something as mundane as a pillowcase generate this much action? It's so perfectly smooth, always cool to the touch and now my favorite part about sleeping every night. I completely believe the stories about their customer service being wanting, as no company is perfect, but I find it harder to believe someone would want to return this pillowcase, they're a clear quality of life improving product.

Mine seems nothing compared to others but I received my Blissy pillow as a gift. I keep getting all the adverts and noticed that my Blissy pillow does not have an embroidered logo on it. Emailed them and all their responses said all our pillows have the logo. After a week of emails and sending pictures of the Blissy label inside the product they came back and said they have taken on the embroidered logo now to aid better sleep. I emailed back and said their advertising still showed the logo and despite continuously emailing them they are not replying or contacting me!!! My friend who brought it for me said they scammed her on the postage, charging much more than quoted!!
