The 12 volt fuel pump l ordered to replace the one on my Kubota. Kubota wanted $277 for theirs. This pump was under $25 with shipping. Perfect fit, perfect hook up. Oh so happy.. Support this company.

BlueStars was excellent, ordered heating Element kit from them to repair Whirlpool Dryer, parts arrived in less than 2 days, replaced heating Element in under an hour.. wife happy.. BlueStars customer service was very responsive, expedited order..

I ordered replacement wheels for the lower rack of our 2006 GE Profile Dishwasher. They were easy to put on and fit perfectly!! The rack rolls like it's brand new!!

I ordered a evaporate fan from Blue Star Parts for my refrigerator. At checkout I opted to pay $15 for 2 days Shipping on a $25 or $30 part as I needed the part quickly. After 2 days the part had not arrived so I then contacted customer support. I was told that "2 day shipping" meant that they would process the order and ship it out in 2 days not that I would receive it in 2 days. I don't know about you but that pretty much sounds like regular shipping to me. I'm just very disappointed that there just another company playing word games to take advantage of their customers In the hopes of generating more revenue for themselves. Bobby Haynes

I’m so thankful that companies like blue star still stands on their principles. Recently, I purchased a part that ended up not working out. The part was covered under a warranty. After verifying the issue, a replacement part was mailed to me. It would’ve been easy and probably typical of another company just to ignore my dilemma. Blue star values the customer and wants to uphold a good name.

First of all is Bluestarsparts website is ez to find what you looking for and get a compatible part that mind you is a quality product. Secondly, the shipping was very fast I didn’t even expect it delivered that soon.
