ALYSSA WAS ABLE TO HELP ME CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. WE LOST OUR HOUSE AND ALL OUR BELONGINGS, INCLUDING MY WORK OUT GEAR

Quick response. Very ,very helpful !!! Thanks !!!

Alyssa was very responsive to my emails regarding questions with shipping. She made sure all of my items reached me in time.

Customer service is excellent, they even extended my trial period for the app since I didn’t get to use it at all. I love the products and am so happy I finally have a home gym set that is cute, functional, and cost effective. Recommend to everyone!!

Very high quality products worth the price. Customer service is the best of the best.

Customer service is amazing! Alyssa was super responsive, friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I made my purchase feeling reassured and confident. Special thanks for Alyssa!

After I had a problem with the booty bands app, I sent an email reporting the issue and got a response within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with the prompt response and excellent customer service. Overall great experience. This brand offers high-quality products and efficient workouts. But my favorite is the chocolate protein powder, so delicious!!! Perfect after workouts. The app offers lots of recipes, plenty of workouts, challenges and a podcast... I mean you name it they have it. My only negative was my first purchase took a long time to ship and deliver. But I understand they had backorder issues and it was over the holidays. I would say give it a try and be patient with the delivery process because is worth it! I would recommend booty bands to anybody!
