Box has been amazing with their customer service, sponsor support, and thier products! I can't say enough how thankful I am to them.

The disc brake adapter I ordered ended up working for what I needed, however there were no installation instructions that I could find. The support tab on the website is useless. Once I deciphered how the installation is supposed to go, the adapter did fit and I was able to successfully install.

Parts are of great quality and great price, unfortunately not going to resolve my problem alone. I'm putting 22" rims on a 24" frame and need a few more parts than what I ordered from box. If you are intending to do the same you will need Posts and more hardware to achieve or just go brakeless

Box website is easy to navigate and pricing is decent. The Prime 9 line has proven to be pretty bomb proof with little need for adjustment throughout the riding season. My Son and I run Box 2 drivetrains on our enduro and we were so impressed we spec’d out the same for our fat bikes! Just bought the Box 1 for my sons next enduro build. Thanks Box for awesome products!

It would be great if shipping could be faster. I ordered 2 tires and a brake cable kit, and it is taking 5 business days to arrive. Thank you.
