Excellent after the sale support…
I was having issues with the shifting on my Box Prime 9 X-wide set-up. Tomas gave me some information on set-up, asked for some specific pictures of my bike, and worked me through the whole issue. Now my bike shifts awesome! Very impressed, excellent customer service, Thank you!
