The derailleur and shifter seem to work well but the indexing might be a bit off. I was having trouble dialing in the shifting and it seemed that the smaller cogs weren't quite spaced right. I ended up swapping out the 11,13,15,18,22 cogs out for 13,15,18,21,24 cogs from a lightly used Shimano cassette and had to add more shims/spacers than I would have thought necessary. Swapping out the cogs fixed the shifting and the big jump between the 22 and 28 which kind of bothered me. While I wish it just worked buttery smoothly right off the start, having up to a 50t cog on a 1x9 is brilliant, and the four biggest cogs had no issues. I'm running this on a Bafang powered e-fatbike.

The box three prime 9 was the best drivetrain I could get for my needs, you get all the range for a full pro drivetrain with only 9 gears and it's very simple. Install was very quick and everything worked perfectly out of the box, I even got upgraded to a box one chain for free, much appreciated. Switching to 1x9 was the best I could have done, front derrailleur is gone, cockpit is cleaner, shifts are very crisp and I have the benefit of a LSD clutch so chain rattle is diminished a lot. Would recommend

Accidentally ordered the wrong size cassette when buying a Box 3 prime 9 complete set (late night purchase, not totally with it, my mistake). Talked to customer service as soon as they opened up the next morning and they were able to fix the problem even though when I called they literally sent my order to the shop floor 2 minutes before I reached their customer service rep. Customer service was very nice about it and I had no problems, they just took care of it and 30 minutes latter I had a confirmation email with my new order with the correct size cassette. And it arrived 1 day early so that was awesome.
