First Time Shopper - The ad produced detailed information…
The ad produced detailed information about the brace I ordered. I particularly liked the fact that it is adjustable. And I appreciated the ease at which I was able to place my order. The only negative comment would be that when you sent me a code on my cell phone, and I entered it as you required, as soon as I entered the last digit it began processing the entry. If I had entered a wrong digit somewhere, it would not have accepted the code. Would it have allowed me a second chance to enter the correct code. Other than that, my shopping experience was very pleasant.

Everything went well
Everything went well. Good fast service and delivery. Only problem was I must’ve measured hand wrong as brace was on the bigger size than what I needed.

Prompt shipment
Product was shipped in a timely fashion. It appears to be exactly as described. I’m still getting used to it and different positions. It seems to give me stability in my hips and lower back. I have to give it time to see if it is helping my problem. However, as far as dealing with the company, I give it a five star.
