Order never arrived despite being…
Order never arrived despite being charged 12 days ago. Latest update was that it was “out for delivery “ 6 days ago with no further update. When I contacted the company they refused to do anything and just claimed they aren’t responsible for shipping - and I had to wait several more days until they supposedly will take any action. I will be following up tomorrow and if it’s not delivered or they don’t refund me I’ll block the payment on my card and I will publicly report their terrible customer service and shady business practices.

Given the circumstances and the fact that you mentioned you'll be traveling tomorrow, we have gone ahead and processed a full refund to your original payment method. Great support
This brace definitely gives great support. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me as I need something a little less bulky for running. I ended up returning it. But I could see where it could be very helpful for many throughout the day to provide solid support.

Wonderful company and products
I have been using knee braces from you guys for almost 5 years. Only place I will go, especially as a plus size gal. I appreciate you guys with your sizes and quality affordable products so much and the ease of ordering. Because of your products I am able to live so much more confidently and comfortably. Thank you
