I got my chain engraved it did not warn me or say anywhere there was no exchanges or returns with that option. The 22 inch is also not a standard size. The chain is too short for my husband and now Im stuck with it

Before engraving can be added, there is a required checkbox confirming that engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This must be accepted before proceeding. The same policy is also clearly outlined in our Shipping & Returns section. All of our chains are made to standard, accurate sizing, and the selected length is exactly as listed. Very good quality for a necklace that’s not completely real but I still love it. And my husband can even shower with it and it not turn another color
