Poor replacement policy
I received a necklace as a gift and truly cherished it and the sentiment. Unfortunately, with normal wear, the chain corroded and began to turn brown after less than a month. I contacted customer support with photos and description. They were very kind, but in the end refused to replace the defective item because I didn't have an order number, regardless of the fact that it was a gift. I do not recommend this company.

Hi, We’re truly sorry that this experience left you disappointed, especially because the necklace was such a meaningful gift from your son and daughter-in-law. We’re also grateful that you recognized the kindness of our Customer Care team. We’d like to clarify what happened. When you first contacted us, we asked for the order number so we could locate and verify the original purchase. You explained that the necklace was a gift and that you did not have the order information. We reviewed the photos you provided and did our best to determine how we could assist, but ultimately we were unable to verify the original purchase in our system and therefore could not process a replacement. We understand how frustrating that is for someone who received the item as a gift, particularly when the necklace has sentimental value. We recognize that our process did not provide the experience you expected, and your feedback regarding gift recipients and product concerns has been shared with our team. We’re sorry we weren’t able to provide the resolution you were hoping for, and we sincerely appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist.
