no results when asking about returning product, just keep telling you they will expedite the matter to someone else but nothing happens!

Both items, the silver hoop earrings and the sea seeker necklace, are exactly what I wanted. The earrings are perfect for my sensitive earlobes. I can wear them all day with no adverse effects. I love the necklace. It’s both dainty and elegant. My only complaint is the chain needs to be 1-2 inches longer to make it easier for those with arthritic fingers to manipulate the clasp. I don’t have anyone to help me with the clasp, so it takes me quite a long time to eventually get it hooked properly. But I still love it!

I’ve tried for days to return a necklace. Their policy is to email them and they will send you a shipping label. They’ve emailed letting me know they’ve”escalated” my concern and nothing. Buying themselves time so my return window is closed. Do not purchase from here.

My ring arrived missing stones, customer service was quick and efficient. I filled out a simple online form and within a few days I heard back they are fixing the issue with no charge to me. Email replies are friends and personable.
