The product itself is pretty solid. Really my biggest complaint is how the assembly attached. I ordered based on size for my BMW R1150 GS Adventure. The pads seem to be the correct size, but the attachment clips are not adequate for attachment to any portion of frame or seat. They just don't quite open up enough to attach anywhere on the bike to feel secure enough to stay put. Outside of that it seems to be a solid product. I have not taken a long road trip, but for tooling around town, it seems to be very comfortable.

This is the second butt buffer that I have purchased. Both have been an excellent addition for myself and for a friend who is a military veteran. Would highly recommend this product to all it is a lifesaver on a long trip. Quality of workmanship and product is top-notch.

Outstanding customer service...great appreciation for our military - oorah. And most important, what a supplement to our saddles. I've tried others, but this one is great. No slushiness or wiggleness (not sure if those words are correct), but great comfort and stable. Would highly recommend and buy another. Purchased it for my wife but I used it yesterday. Definitely felt a little cooler and more comfortable with it tossed on top of the road sofa.
