If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for premium and used the service for less than a month. I intentionally canceled before the end of a month so as not to be charged for subsequent months. It said to complete steps 2/2 and I did. When I looked at my bank statements, I was still being charged. It took canceling through a chat agent to cancel. Once canceled, I requested a refund as I did everything I was supposed to on the initial cancellation. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager and it's been months! I feel bad about the potential loss of business for the caregivers, but the platform operation is inexcusable. .... I was asked to provide more details or my review might be deleted. This is crazy. There is not anything else to say. The reply below is also unacceptable because I have already reached out several times. I told the story I posted here several times. They say that a manager would email me. I kept reaching back out after not hearing from the manager, and they said I was in the cue. I have been in the cure for 5 months!!!! I don't think they intend to reach out or refund me when I canceled and still got charged 2 extra months. Save your money and time and don't sign up with these folks. ... I'll save everything I have written. If they delete this post, it is because they are trying to deceive ya'll and save face. Don't say I did not tell ya!

Poor customer Services, Please do not use care.com
Very poor quality of service and they will take money from your account without your consent. Please avoid this website you will regret. They have taken money from my account without my consent and when I asked for refund then I was told that it's not possible.

I made an error and accidentally…
I made an error and accidentally upgraded to Premium in a defunct account. Rather than allowing me to transfer the subscription to my active account, you cancelled my old one but then did not refund the subscription fee. I then had to subscribe again under the new account. It’s so frustrating that you were not able to refund me, especially when I asked for the refund almost immediately after subscribing and clearly had two account. So now I have two charges for the services. Outrageously bad customer service.

problems
I have ordered background checks but they keep getting canceled. The messages to/from candidates keep disappearing and then reappearing. So even though I should have many messages (because I've seen them) in my inbox, the inbox is sometimes empty. Or it will say I have 5 messages that are new but the inbox is empty.
