If I could give less than one star I would. Care.com is misleading with its billing policy. When you sign up, it autorenews payment even though you are given the option to select a one month or three month subscription. We were charged $150 and weren't sent any invoice revealing the charges. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Also, we didn't find it helpful in finding the support we needed.

This is a scam there are no leads I signed up the same day there were no unlimited leads from Aurora Home Care they refuse to cancel on the same day, and they won't refund because that's how they make money false advertisement, no phone number only chat

Care.com is a scam. First, they have a bunch of fake sitter profiles before sign in. Then on the payment page for premium, they say a monthly subscription is a certain price. However what they don’t tell you is that you get billed for 12 months at that price. Monthly means one month, not twelve months. Utter and complete scam
