The platform is easy to use, and the communication tools are very helpful throughout the process. I had a problem and had to call someone for help on the weekend, he was very patient with me, the customer service is very reliable.

I met the person (Tyhesha J.) who would be driving me to my doctor appointment and found her friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to immediately. I have tried other places that offer rides and there is no comparison!
