They offer a free account where you can post a job you need and cleaners can reach out to you. The catch, and this is absolutely garbage of this company to do this, you can't respond to the cleaner that reaches out to you unless you have a subscription. The free account is absolutely useless. Would highly not recommend this site. You can research their history of legal issues and deceptive practices online. No need to take my word for it.

I think that Care.com is doing very well in almost all areas of the site/app. My first suggestion would be to adjust the "recommended job matches". I keep seeing jobs that are much more than 30 miles away from my location even though I mark them as not a good match. The second thing that would be helpful is the ability to see all of the details of the recommended jobs that I see after I apply to a listing.

Seem that Care.com might be more associated with babysitters than anything else, my account was showing that I was looking a job as Tutor, when I am not. I did chat and call Care.com and they were no able able to removed it, then ask for the refund and the denied to refund my money even they closed my account. No lost your time or Money.

The quality of applicants is high. I have found many great babysitters and nanny's through this site. Signing up and cancelling is easy.
