Good price , they did what they said they would do in a timely fashion. I was able to speak to a person and not a call center

very good experience with Daniel
very good experience with Daniel. the radio showed up exactly when expected and in great condition. the radio needed warranty work after i received it ( NOT THE CB SHOPS FAULT) and Daniel was very kind and quick to help me get the numbers i needed in order for it to be fixed. highly recommended.

radio disapointment
asked for and paid to have radio peeked.The radio was not peeked! I also received the radio in a VERY beat up box. I wont buy from there again

needs to update site more often
Ordered a base antenna paid over $200 got invoice in my email then wouldn't you know it I got an email next day telling me my order was cancelled because antenna I ordered was recalled. They need to update site more often that recall was done a while ago so those antennas should not have been on there for sale if they weren't fixed
