Cin7 OmniReviews of cin7.com

My deepest appreciation for Aziz who showed up on a Saturday morning to guide us through multiple errors with our Shopify x Cin7 integration. He’s demonstrated strong product knowledge within the platform and was extremely responsible in making sure we understand the concept and how integration works. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a business system because of how strong the support was. To Cin7 management team - you are very lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable person in your team. Thank you again Aziz. Jake.

super helpful and responsive!

Monica was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Thanks for the hand today!

Azizbek is a star. Patient, extremely knowledgeable, he has helped me understand numerous complex issues and is able to break that down to my level. CON7 in general is a great system. It is very complex, so alot of things are only learned on-the-go. It has improved drastically in the last year and is continually improving. I can highly recommend.

Azizbek Rakhmanov is amazing! Resolved our inquiry within the same business day making it easier for our sales staff to utilize the CRM. He made us a custom feature at no charge which was a great surprise as well! We've been using Cin7 for over 3 years and love the support we get from the Cin 7 Team! Thank you again!

Prompt and clear explanation to help me understand the issue. Showed screenshots which helped me resolve the case.

I have raised the ticket and issue was fixed in an hour. Thanks to Harshit Pandey for valuable support.

Jean was very knowledgeable and gave great insight on how to utilise the system features to their full potential. Easy to speak with and agreed with some features that were not working as they should.
