CleverGetReviews of cleverget.com

I bought a Lifetime License for CleverGet YouTube Movies Downloader. The key is accepted but it wants the key to be put in every time I open it. Next, it allows 3 (3 only) downloads. No more. It thinks I'm in a Trial Version despite the fact I have bought a Lifetime key! From there it gets worse. I fairly assumed if it's a 'movie' downloader, it will download whatever I wish. Wrong! Support tell me that it's for 'movies only' and I need to buy another CleverGet Video Downloader! (There's also another CleverGet product 'YouTube Music' for music, presumably). So how is the decision taken that what you want to download is the right category for your CleverGet download product? Yes, CleverGet, the same thing that cannot even hold a purchase key! Ha,ha,ha, this is like a joke! But an update. CleverGet got me out of the mess that was created by their YouTube Movies Downloader. They gave me a key for their 'CleverGet Video Downloader as a replacement. I guess I couldn't ask for more but I suggest CleverGet make it clearer when you're buying their YouTube Movies Downloader that it won't download other stuff. Finally, I think $55 for a YouTube video downloader is expensive. And I haven't tried it yet but twice, I'm half expecting it to play up, but if I don't add any more to this review it will be because it is doing what it is supposed to.

Great customer service. I love having this app for U-Tube downloads. Works great and downloads everything.

I am a new user of CleverGet and recently encountered the problem of selected subtitle not being remuxed into the captured video. I reported the issue to CleverGet support and received a new XDOWNLOAD.DLL the next day but problem persisted when using Windows Media Player 11 to view the video. CleverGet support then told me to use VLC Media Player or Leawo Software Blu-Ray Player with the updated CLeverGet software instead of Windows Media PLayer 11. I then used VLC Media Player and was able to see the selected subtitle in the video. I am thankful for the fast response of the CleverGet support team and the great customer service experience.

Product is easy to use.

This app works beautifully. Other apps claim to achieve similar things but often don’t work. I had one issue after a while when cleverget didn’t recognize the URLs all of a sudden, but the friendly support staff was able to solve the issue immediately. A special call out to the super responsive support staff, their response time was very fast.

I've used Cleverget a long time now. I think it is a great program. I think their customer service is excellent. The issues I've had have been resolved in 24 hours or less.

The software works really well and when there has been an issue the customer service response has been quick, helpful and thus far has solved any glitches I've had, which have been rare.

Great and solid product combined with a competent and timely support: rarely seen such a great online support, many thanks!
