Works well
I have the Amazon module and it worked really well first time without any dramas. Quality is good (1280 x 800 or thereabouts). Also good being able to select different subtitles, and having the option to embed them into the MP4 or MKV, or have them separate. It's a shame Amazon only provide stereo sound, unless you're streaming through a fireTV stick or similar, but that is not Cleverget's fault.

Great tool
Great tool, reasonable pricing. Have used the monthly subscription on many occasions and works brilliantly downloading videos.

Cleverget is an amazing tool for…
Cleverget is an amazing tool for downloading videos from the internet. It clearly has more capacity and features than I use, and yet I depend on it many times a week. I have had two opportunities to work with their technology support staff, and both times the staff replied quickly (even on weekends), courteously, and always with an action that corrected my problem. Cleverget support staff are the best!

software still not 100% but still great.
While I have had downloaders that haven't worked as advertised which is frustrating, it seems more an issue with the host company and not CleverGet as they frequently make updates and fix errors. When I have had issues with the software I have reached out to customer support and they have been incredibly helpful.

This app worked for awhile for…
This app worked for awhile for converting Netflix movies to mp4. But now I keep getting a M7121-3078 error code, and I can’t get ride of it. Don’t waste your money buying the Clever Get app.

The mark of a great company is not…
The mark of a great company is not necessarily with it's product, which is great but when the product glitches how does the customer service perform. I've had to call upon their help twice and both times it's been a quick response with a solution that worked so 5 out of 5 on both parts of this company and product.

Expensive but efficient
It might not be the cheapest program out there, but they have amazing customer service and the program itself works a treat. Highly recommended.
