I used the 1000 mg Relief CBD cream in the pump from Colorado Botanicals. It is so good that my lower back pain from "arthritis" is basically gone. I started using it at night because I would wake up and barely be able to get out of bed. Now, I forget to use it because I don't hurt!!!! I ordered 2 and haven't even finished the first one yet!

I’ve found it highly effective compared with regular pain roll-ons and very long lasting. I have both the 1000 and 500 mg. The 500mg is less expensive, but has served me well. Both are very long lasting. I’ve also used it for a rare headache and it’s terrific for insect bites! Due to aloe, arnica and rosemary (among other botanicals) in addition to CBD, it reduces swelling and inflammation fast, as well as the itching. I also take their CBD softgels, approved by both my PC doc and Cardiologist, that have calmed down my angina, pain and stress without any side effects. I take 10mg in the morning and 25mg at night. They have sales periodically of 30-35% off, which is when I stock up. Their phone customer service is outstanding and personal, especially Renee. There are hundreds of CBD companies out there. This is the one I consider the most reputable, having been in the supplement business for 5 years myself. They have tons of educational info on their website, so you can learn about the scientific differences in various products. My life as a survivor of many health challenges, including cancer, is just better with Colorado Botanicals!
