Hi Karen, We're sorry about the state of the gummies you received. We wish you had contacted us so we would have sent you a replacement. We do have a 60-day risk-free trial which includes replacements. We have refunded your order and will be sending a replacement to you. The gummies may do that at times due to weather, and since we don't use preservatives and unhealthy ingredients, the gummy shape may not stay in perfect form at all times. One of our main company values is to help improve the health of our customers, and having ingredients such as that goes against it. Unfortunately, the gummies may clump up together, but we want to use the highest quality ingredients in our products. We hope you understand why and appreciate our reason for doing so. However, that still doesn't mean we're okay with customers receiving their product like that.

Hi Lynda, we're thrilled to hear you love our product, and we appreciate you leaving your feedback. Regarding the shipping delay, we truly apologize for that. I hope you understand that it's completely out of our hands or control once we drop it off at USPS or even any shipping carrier.  For some reason, USPS became extremely unreliable about two to three months ago, where many of our shipments would not track, and we had no idea of what's going on or where they exactly were. It just seemed as if we printed the label and didn't drop it off at USPS when you looked at the tracking when in fact, we did.  We finally decided to switch over to UPS around four weeks ago. The shipping costs are higher than what we had to pay to USPS, but all our shipments are back to being delivered on time and even earlier at times, which is more important to us.  We promise there will never be any delays with shipments like we experienced before switching to UPS.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
