Hi Elizabeth, although this was a misunderstanding, it still bothers us that you were unhappy. As Miro explained when you both spoke, our automatic system emailed the tracking number to the email you provided when you created an account with us. However, when you both spoke over the phone, you found out it was being sent to an email you didn't check and wasn't the correct email. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider this review because it was a misunderstanding that would not have happened if we had the correct email on your account. Hi Jackie, we looked into our email system, and you emailed us on January 5th at 1:35 PM, and we replied 30 minutes later that same day at 1:59 PM. We would greatly appreciate it if you could please go back and check for that email because we did email you back.  We also noticed you sent us an email 34 minutes ago, which we were about to get to after catching up with earlier customer emails, which wouldn't have taken longer than 30 minutes from this moment. You should have received a response just now from one of our customer representatives as this became an urgent matter.  After your email from January 5th, we reshipped your order last week because we were out of stock of our gummies when you emailed us. Checking your tracking number, you should receive your order tomorrow.  Upon reviewing the notes of your situation, I see the customer representative who replied to you had our shipping team include a free extra bottle of our gummies and 400mg Muscle Rub to make up for the inconvenience and delay. Hi Brooke, we're very sorry this has happened to you. We promise this was not intentional. We would never ignore any customer for any reason. We've recently moved our support system and phone system to a new, much more advanced company. Due to that, the new system was not correctly set up, and we've had issues that we were not aware of. However, after your case, we realized something was wrong, and we've spoken with the support system company and resolved the issue that was causing this issue. Regarding your order, the tracking number shows that it was delivered to you on January 4th, but for some reason, you've said you didn't receive the package, so Miro, whom you spoke with last week, shipped out another package to you. Again, we're truly sorry about this. We hope you understand this was not in any way intentional. We care about customer satisfaction very much, and why we offer 60-days free returns on any orders, which is unheard of in the supplement industry. Hi Judy, we apologize for this delay. We wish there could be something we could do, but we do not because we don't oversee these shipping carrier operations or delivery times. We've contacted UPS and USPS about this, and we're waiting to hear back from them as they investigate what is occurring. Today, one of our customers tracking updated to "Awaiting Delivery Scan," which if you search on Google it says that the "package is in fact in the USPS system," but it's moving from one facility to the next. This is precisely what's happening to all delayed shipments, but until it updates, it shows that the carrier did not even receive the package, but they have. Again, we can't emphasize how much we apologize for this delay. We understand it's unacceptable to wait this long to receive an order, but we hope you understand this is out of our control. Hi Kristen, we sincerely apologize for the shipping delay caused by USPS. These past 5 - 6 weeks, we started noticing some shipments taking up to 2-3 weeks to deliver finally. We have been very respectful and helpful regarding the shipping delay with your order. We explained to you politely what was going on and let you know how we have no control over these shipping carrier times. However, you demanded we give you a full refund when your order was already on the way. We also told you that we could happily provide a prepaid shipping label, which we have a free 60-day refund policy, for you to return the product for a full refund. Today, you reached out to us unhappy that you didn't receive your order last Friday, which we estimated, but today the tracking shows that it will be delivered to you this Wednesday (in two days). However, you are still asking for a full refund when you will receive the order in two days. We have no problem giving you or any customer a full refund because we have a 60-day risk-free trial. We kindly ask that you return the product to us with the prepaid label we provided, and we will happily refund you fully.  We even sent you a prepaid shipping label to return the products for a full refund earlier today, but we have yet to receive a response from you on that. We also tried giving you a call last week and today, but we didn't get an answer. We understand you're not happy with the delay, no one likes waiting this long for products they ordered, but we truly don't control the shipping carrier's operations and shipping times.  Obviously, if a package is lost, missing, or a product is damaged, we will undoubtedly reship another package out to any customer. That's not even a question. We hope you understand this situation we're faced with and that it's not our fault. We hope to hear from you and resolve this matter quickly. Hi Maureen, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear our product didn't help you with your knee pain. This may be due to a couple of reasons. One is, our product just didn't work for you, which is normal. It's a natural herbal supplement that interacts with receptors in our body to take them back to normal healthy function to heal the underlying issue. It is most likely may be that you weren't taking the correct dosage, which is common. It's all about finding your optimal dosage and taking it consistently every day. Most people see results in the first couple of days, while others may take 2-4 weeks. Another reason may be that one of our CBD creams would have been a better choice for you because you apply the cream directly to the area that needs it most. This way, the CBD and other plant compounds in our hemp extract are directly absorbed there. In your case, it would be the knee you feel pain in.
