The actual person I spoke with was well educated concerning the Cologuard test. Questions answered in only a few minutes time. I was given Informative and concise information that is appreciated. Unfortunately, it took over 10 minutes to speak to an actual person. I listened to extensive, repetitive unwanted, long "offers". This is regrettable as the Cologuard test is simple with clear directions and follow through in returning. If not for the "offers" this would easily be a five-star review.

twice I have called the cologuard phone number due to set up shipping and second time to report that UPS had not picked up package per time I was given...both times the phone person was so pleasant and helpful...in addition they kept me updated frequently as to the progress of their work...this I appreciated this so much...
