I was so nervous about ordering glasses online. Who does that?! Well, I did and I'm so happy with the results! The ordering was easy and my glasses are perfect!

This was my first purchase of frames (only) from CoolFrames and they made the purchase easy and enjoyable. So many frames to choose from, lots of color options, and about 1/2 the price of brick and mortar stores. I was searching for a particular pair of Bebe frames in a particular color and was able to find just what I was looking for at CoolFrames!

Purchase reading glasses and lens was all scratched and prescription incorrect. Have been emailing seller but they refused to refund or send new lens. Please note that the receipt shown has noted that lens is scratched and it was still sent out. Have lodged a PayPal dispute

I felt that the communication from Cool Frames was very good. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I felt their prices were a little higher than other websites, but they had a style I couldn't find elsewhere.
