I ordered replacement frames for my favorite glasses. (The lenses were still fine.) I had checked with my Optometrist’s office where I’d originally gotten them. My insurance would cover new frames for 6 months. My cost would be $155. I found them on cool frames for $95 and had them in a week!

Frames arrived in good shape and in good time

The frames I order were good. The website is good. Shipping was I bit longer then a would like. A bit more expensive than other sites .

Shipping takes a while as they just distribute from manufacturers and have to order them but other than that recommend

Frames are very nice, attractive surprisingly light weight. The frames arrived quickly (they were not in stock) so took a couple of days longer than normal. Happy with the purchase and service from Cool Frames

Horrible customer service and bogus exchange policy. I have been fighting with them for about 10 months. The prescription was way off on my original order, and they told me I was wrong. It was so far off I can't even believe they tried to defend it. Anyway, I ended up ordering a different frame with the SAME exact prescription, and boom, it was spot on. So I was NOT wrong, they were, but they refuse to acknowledge that and reimburse me for the mistake. They actually charged me an additional $40 for the exchange and lens cutting fee. On top of the lens situation, my second frames arrived pinkish purple, when I ordered brown. They are not responding to my emails about this matter. I tried to demand a refund, but they are ignoring me. So I just asked if I could swap the same exact frames for a different color. We'll see if they respond. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone, ever.
