I sure appreciate their ability to get frames that can no longer be found in stores. My first pair of these frames I got at Costco, then they disappeared. I like them so much I’ve since bought two more of the same frame from CoolFrames over the course of 2-3 years!

I am Nancy from Oklahoma. I work for a very large hospital. I ordered 2 pair of glasses from Coolframes, the lens were incorrect in both pair. Returns with no hassle is a lie!!! Coolframes made the mistake and are refusing to acknowledge it. They mixed the order and have refused to send me a return label. I have spoken with 2 customer service reps Kim and Mia and been treated poorly as far as response is concerned. I have decided to keep the glasses and take the 320.00 loss because one pair I can't use at all. This is a terrible company to do business with, beware!!

Awesome savings on a beautiful pair of Prada frames. Ok the wait to get them ( almost 3 weeks) was a tad excruciating but that's because I opted for standard shipping. Very happy with my purchase which was easy to do on their website.
