I ordered a cd player. Almost 6 weeks later i still dont have it. Customer services just say they dont have shipping information. “ We have already contacted our logistics provider for an update, but unfortunately they have not yet responded. ” Ive contacted them twice and had this reply twice. They were very quick and well organised when they took my money - but are unable to deliver the item or even give me a delivery date.(The delivery time stated on their website is nonsense.) This was ordered in plenty of time as a birthday gift - the birthday was 10 days ago. Disappointing. Very.

Ordered a turntable on 12th August. Sent a follow email weeks later requesting information on shipping as I'd not heard anything and was needing the product for an event. was told I'd be given a time frame and spent weeks chasing my tail being told someone would get back to me. It took sending a fairly abrupt email stating this was not the way you conduct business. Was given an excuse that the person i was dealing with was on leave, then told a refund would be processed however it would take a very substantial amount of time to process... this option leaves me with no turntable for my event and out of pocket until i get my refund (if I even get it). I questioned where the stock was, was told it was in store and that "we have not yet been able to confirm a suitable logistics channel for your shipment." What kind of company offers internal shipping and then holds the product for nearly 2 months due to the above statement. I wrote another email asking to have the prodcut shipped via express post and now I'm being ignored again! I'm beyond disappointed in this whole process and can't believe how poorly run this business is. They have done an amazing job at creating their websites and social media, however the business side of things could not be furtherest from how well they've marketed their products. Stay away from these products!!!!

Mijn laatste aankoop bij COOLGEEK was een echte teleurstelling. De website had een geweldige selectie, maar de levering duurde veel te lang. Toen ik eindelijk mijn bestelling kreeg, was het product niet eens wat ik had besteld. De klantenservice was onvoldoende en reageerde pas na dagen. Een flop, maar ik ga er niet meer bij shoppen.

Wow, just wow. Arrived relatively quickly. Yes shipped direct from China but still arrived to our remote location within 2 weeks. Unpacked, intuitive how to put together (didn’t even need to reference the manual). Easy pairing with Edifier speakers and listening to cd’s in less than 5 minutes. Blown away by design, sound. My ONLY complaint is acrylic cover should have a little tab to pull up, rather than using a thumb which will leave prints.

Battery took over 8 hours to charge which is such a let down. Overall CD player is good and looks nice on the wall.

AWFUL AWFUL experience with this company. UPDATE: After the "nice" answer, I followed the instructions and wrote an other email linking this review and I HAD NO ANSWER AT ALL. IT'S BEEN A WEEK ALREADY. I asked for a return and refund (note I am well inside the 30 days return policy) because the gift wasn't liked. The product was unused and not mounted, just the outside of the box was open. They denied and offered to keep the item and have a 15% partial refund. I declined as I am not interested in keeping it and I want a full refund, also accepting the deduction of the shipping cost. They declined even though their return policy states it can be managed and accepted: - "You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and any included parts." - "If you return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Any original shipping fees may be deducted from your refund." They keep on deniyng my right to have a return and (partial) refund.
