Theater chair was delivered with all accessories and in excellent condition. The chair is very easy to assemble and also extremely comfortable. Thanks for the discount made it a easy choice in my family room.

After my purchase, Weilianda informed me by email that the chair already came with a phone holder because they noticed that I had added a phone holder to the order and wanted to make sure that was what I really wanted. I did not know one was already included, so I was able to have the extra phone holder removed from the order saving me some money. That was thoughtful of them to do that for me. Also, the chair was delivered on time and was in perfect shape. It is a good quality chair and works as described on the webpage.

Bad first: We received gold stitch when we selected white. Two of the chairs had dirt or mildew spots in the back. Inspector should use ultraviolet light. The controls should be higher to prevent finger getting caught between controls and when seat is in recline position. The Good: Firm chairs support the body. Not too soft. We like the gold stitching. Trays fit without removing stems. Easy assembly. Optional setups. Everything working. Reclines feet above the heart. Good Price. Great Customer Service. Delivered within expected time. They called and e-mailed to follow up on order. Very Satisfied one month in. Good quality.

Very nice seats, was not aware they were made in China. You could provide split power connectors when you purchase multiple seats.
