I was quickly surprised when I got on the phone with Heath, I did not feel as if I were being pressured into a sale or and inadequate product. Rather, Heath made me feel comfortable that I was making the correct decisions with my help and led me to the machine that I had wanted but couldn't afford.. Definitely best service I've received from a DME supplier.

I was not able to use multiple cards online to make my purchase so I had to call and speak with a rep as it requires extra work, which is understandable. . The reps Carol and Zach who both helped me in different situations (2 calls) simply asked me what my items were and I read from what was in my shopping Cart. At no moment did they try to sell me anything or have me "upgrade or up-charge me" My RX was on file from a previous call (transaction) which i had cancelled. The first time around they did all the work, contacted my DR and obtained the RX for me. This time around when I called there was no need since it was saved. I ordered on 10/31/2019 using a Halloween Promotional code received by email and I saved over 350 DOLLARS!. oh and they gave me next day business shipping which i believe is standard when you reach a certain dollar amount on your purchase. The online forms are easy and straight forward, they even have all Doctors listed for you to pick from. Finding my Doctor was easy and they contacted him quickly. 1 day. Im a customer to stay.
