Hi Cesar, The order was never processed so there was no charge. Contact your credit card company as it may be a pre-authorization charge that they likely have cleared by now.

The service is always great and top notch. We have a tight turn around in ordering locks for our door at new treatment centers. Never an issue when ordering from Craftmaster Hardware all show up with no delays. Great Service.

Great service and web site for the hard to find old style replacement locks. This two inch long cabinet lock I purchased from Craftmaster Hardware was an almost perfect fit for my 1968 Sears Craftsman lower tool box chest lock.

After nearly ninety years of turning and pulling, the swivel spinel in my front door lock stripped, leaving me with a door knob and half a spindle in hand. So, with no convenient way to now open my front door, I serched the internet for over an hour trying to find a matching swivel spindle with 16 threads per inch. The ONLY match I found was at Craftmaster Hardware...it was like finding a pot of gold for less than $10. The spindle shipped quickly and fit perfectly! My only regret is not finding you sooner.
