Good Customer service. I did receive a call from them explaining they did not have the quantity of an item that I order, which was not a problem for me. They did explain if I did accept the quantity they had, they would ship it out immediately. If I wanted the quantity I ordered it might be a few weeks before they can ship it out. I was happy they called me to let me know this. I did receive the items I order quick.

Never could get anyone there to talk to me or return my call. Just ordered off the website blind. The lock installed fine, but the two-day shipping took five days, not worth $30. So service performance was not that great.

I found what I needed on the Craftmaster Hardware web site. I did not notice the minimum charge notice. I placed my order, then received an email that they would place the order, and wave the minimal order fee. I emailed the individual who contacted me to say "THANK YOU"!
