The reason for the 2 rating was the camera was not what I was let to believe, by just looking at the website. I just need a refund so I can just move on and buy another camera.

So far the Doorbell Camera has been difficult to set up. Simple it has not been. The directions were confusing. I did however finally get most of the functions to work as designed except for the Motion Detecting. It works inconsistently and the quality of the pictures is awful. All I can get is a white screen. No definable picture at all.

Product is similar to a very cheaper product fro china. Your ads don’t say anything about Wi-Fi requirements may or may not work with the product. Configuring the system isn’t that friendly.

Hi Gary, please give us a call so we can help. 855.700.2482 option 3. We are sorry that you didn't see the wifi requirements. We share that via several emails, on our website, on the product videos, and in the instruction manuals. Most routers broadcast both a 2.4 and a 5 ghz wifi network. Most smart device makers, including us, don't use the 5's because they tend to have range issues and it leads to a bad customer experience.

I thought this camera was supposed to track movements. Well It only does so after I wave my hand in front of it. It then returns to a resting phase of looking at the ceiling. It basically worthless for all intense purposes.

Hi Laura, thank you for your business. We will reach out directly to help, but what you are describing is a simple fix :) The camera returns to a default home location after tracking motion. You just need to update that location by using the Set Watch function.

Like to record on the cameras all I get is pictures it might be 200 pictures but I don't see a thing I like you have a alram to go off on my phone I have to pull up the cameras to see no alarm on my phone why not we going to have a talk about these cameras thank

Took 20 minutes to get camera to work..finally got it ..couldn't see anywhere to arm it..finally see how to do that..seems more complicated than it should..now its set up and I get no motion alerts .

I have the outdoor 360 solar. Easy to install, great connection. The cameras have excellent picture quality as long as thats all I wanted, to turn it on and look around at what's going on. There is no motion detection at all any more. First 12 hours I got 3 loitering alerts and nothing in the picture. Did not pick up my car coming or going or my son walking around. It did pick up my son going to school but no alerts. Contacted support due to motion detection not really workibg the way a security camera should. It should alert me to any movement (in my mind). After support contacted me back it no longer alerts to anything and doesn't wake up unless I go into the app and do it manually. I had a package delivered and the only reason I knew I had a package is I turned on the camera through the app and happened to see it sitting on my porch. No alerts whatsoever of someone being at my house. Didn't even acknowledge my son going to school the second day.
