I didn't like the fact that your company said I had to purchase another camera because you said you couldn't fix my previous camera.and it clearly says you will fix or replace your product 🤔

Hi Clyde, you forgot to mention that your warranty request was for a camera that was over a year outside of our warranty period and that we provided you with a replacement at over 50% off. 😉

So far, I haven't been able to get to work. The manual is so small and hard to read.

I get good quality pictures. But it's recording even when there is no one triggering it. And I never get notifications that the camera had detected someone. It's all very confusing.

The cameras keep movin' around on their own.....I don't need to look at the wall behind my living room camera, I want to watch my living room and the 2 doors that open into it from the outside. You need a much easier to understand instruction manual, what you are giving us is terrible !!!! Other than this I really like the cameras.

Love the camera, I thought it could be used by wifi, without having to be plug up constantly. It really don't serve my purpose of having them outside if I have to keep it plugged.
