Insufficient parts for assembly
I only received the 4 wood pieces of the frame with no hardware or pieces to join the 4 four sides and assemble the frame. I ordered the acrylic and hanging hardware separately. They arrived with no instructions. I can figure something out but I'm not skilled in framing so I would have liked a little info. on what some of the pieces even were----Mostly i am displeased with the frame and the inablility to put the thing together. The price is too high to get incomplete parts AND to have to purchase everything separately.---*Since discovering the problem I contacted the company and it was handled very well. Someone responded very quickly and said the missing pieces would be sent right away. While I was annoyed about th incomplete order, they helped solve the problem professionally and respectfully.
