The firm are using dodgy business practices and fake advertising. You sing up for 3 months for 18.99 and the very next month they just take 94.00 out of your account...and the month after ...and the month after. META do nothing even though it is evident this is false advertising.

The website is fraudulous - i paid first 30 € and could not access the app. Then they took 73€ out of my account! Insane

These aps suck! Do not do it! They will NOT tell you when your subscription is to renew and then they WILL NOT give you a refund. JUST DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Please read all reviews before paying anything. Please read all the small print before committing. The workouts are not what I was hoping for. I should have cancelled then, but did not. I'm experiencing some hardships and after looking at my charge accounts I realized I was charged $171.98. I asked for a refund and was denied. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. And becuse I did not read or cancel sooner, I could not get a refund through my credit account. I take full resposibility, but honestly if you like your money and want to experience a real workout, this is not the place to sign up. That's $171.98 that I lost. Shady Brits!

No reminders for subscription and unscrupulous sign up practises

The “free trial” is a scam — they charge $30 immediately and make refunds nearly impossible. Workouts are repetitive, unchangeable, and mostly “senior friendly,” which is insulting if you’re an active adult. I canceled over a month ago and still got hit with an $80 charge, and the app doesn’t even recognize my account anymore. This feels like a subscription trap. Not worth it at any price.

It’s a pity you have to put one star in to actually write a review! As with many people on here I have been totally scammed by this company! They even have the nerve to offer me 12 months free to go back to them but no chance. This company needs to be avoided by everyone, I just wish I had looked at reviews before I signed up !

I feel completely scammed. I've suffered the same fate as everyone else describing their experience with @Dance-bit here. They know perfectly well that people aren't aware or properly informed, and they take advantage of that to steal money from your card. It feels like complete theft. It's a tremendous disgrace that this is allowed. I wish we could form a group of people affected by Dancebit's renewal policies. This is a very serious matter.
